**Free Returns & Refunds**
You may return most items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Return shipping is free for all eligible items. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned merchandise.

- Personalized or custom-made items are non-returnable unless defective.
- Clearance or final sale items are not eligible for return.

**Exceptions & Damaged Items**
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a full refund or replacement, including all return shipping costs. For items damaged during transit, we may request photographic evidence to expedite the process.
